Our premium Unfinished Treads are handcrafted by TopTread Stairways, a family-owned business in Arizona and California USA. These solid wood treads have a bull-nose front and can be stained and finished to complement your decor. The edge-glued design offers superior stability and durability. One side will be free of knots and defects.

Shipping/Payment Info
Please note, the eBay shipping calculator may show inflated shipping rates for larger orders. When ordering 6 or more treads, I recommend waiting for an updated invoice to ensure accurate shipping rates. Simply place the all items you want into your shopping cart and then click “Request total” before you place your order. Or you can message me with a list of the items you want along with your mailing zip code. This will ensure the best shipping rate and avoid any overpayment.
Combined shipping will be used when applicable. The winning bidder pays shipping on the item(s) from zip code 85650. I will pack your items to give you the most efficient and lowest shipping rate possible. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders can be picked up locally at our shop in Sierra Vista, AZ
Orders under 150 pounds typically ship UPS or Fedex ground and orders over 150 pounds will ship on a heavy freight carrier. If you want to know how your order will ship, please contact us first. Heavy freight carriers will bring the pallet to the back of the truck and off-load it piece by piece. If you want a lift-gate service (they take it off the truck and bring it to your garage) you will need to work and pay that fee directly to the carrier.
Special Notice for Freight Items: If an item ships via Freight (Truck) Delivery, a valid phone number will be required so that we can contact you to schedule delivery. The item may be delivered with curbside delivery. An adult signature will be required. Please be sure to have available help on hand to assist you with moving the item to the desired location in or outside of your home. Freight items must be inspected upon delivery. In the unlikely event that damaged is observed, you MUST refuse delivery and note the damage on the shipping receipt and send it back via the Freight carrier. Returns will not be accepted on Freight items after they have been delivered, inspected, and the driver has left the premises.
We take back returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your product. Returns must be in original condition.
Payment is required upfront before shipment. We accept PayPal and Credit Cards through PayPal.
