Vintage MCMC Hospital 12K Gold Filled Medical Nursing DR Lapel Pin Pink Stones. Good condition could use a good cleaning (up to the buyer, as I don’t want to damage anything) but had signs of wear, especially on the back. I’m not sure what the stones are or if they are faux. Appears to be pin from Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia
